OHMS Law is only applicable for ac or dc or both circuiT?...

Answer / shahbaz shaikh

ohms law stats that at the room temperature current flowing through the conductor is directly proportional to the voltage drop. V=I*R here R is proportionality constant hence from here we can say ohm's law can be applicable for both a.c & d.c

OHMS Law is only applicable for ac or dc or both circuiT?...

Answer / chandrakant choudhary

Because in ohm's law current is directly proportional to voltage provided the resistance remain constant. In simple words , it means that voltage and current are linearly related. If one decreases or increases by a certain percentage, the other also decreases.
