Transformer size is inversely propotional to frequency as we have to increase no of turns for low frequency to produce same impedance
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 16 Yes | 1 No |
Back emf is equal to 4.44 flux x frequency x turns . For the given voltage if the frequency is reduced , flux should be increased and hence the larger core or more number of turns
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 10 Yes | 0 No |
A) 1kVA , 25 Hz as size is inversely propotional to frequency because we have to increase turns to produce same impedance for low frequency
| Is This Answer Correct ? | 8 Yes | 0 No |
oltc of a transformer, how it works? and what are the equipment consist of describe briefly?
Why electrical power generation and transmission done in 3 phase system not more than 3 phase ?
what is the exact direction of current? as we know current travels from higher potential to lower potential,so if we take battery +ve to -ve implies current direction is from positive terminal to negative terminal.,whereas electrons flow from negative to positive as they are attracted by positive ions.current will be the plow of charge but not flow of positive ions.please clarify my doubt friends.

what is meant by PU value ? anyone can you explain briefly to me ?
i am using auto transformer for starting of induction motor to provide reduse voltages...but the principle of a tansformer according to definition"which transform energy to on circuit to another circuit with constant power and constant frequency". so if i am using reduse voltage then current obsely hige because power is same.but we use auto transfarmer for starting of induction motor to give low current.but here according to definition we are giving hige current.
what is the practical definition for voltage
