i think the arc quenching in sf6 is better than vacuum. so for 33kv vacuum is usedc whereas for 132kv sf6 is used...

my idea 132kv vacum circuit breaker ,vacum create is most costly & difficult compare sf6 so usely sf6 and low kv use vacum . another difficult arc quencing medium is high for sf6
