EPROM= Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory
EEPROM= Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory
1. Both of them are non-volatile.
2. EPROM has high data density but EEPROM has low data density.
3. EPROM has 1 transistor cell but EEPROM has not.
4. EPROM is not re-writable but EEPROM is re-writable.
