concrete wastage can be taken in to individual i.e
sand-5%. aggregate-5%, rebar-2.5% up to 16mm than 5% above
cement wastage can be taken 5%,
brickwork- 7% can be taken. plaster and floor tiles can be
taken -2.5% of all material.
