In Star type and Delta type Motors, If one phase will
miss/Break then which phase winding will burn and why?

If ur motor is well protected then thermal tripping will prevent any winding burning.
If however no safety exists then one of the two windings
whose phase is ok will burn out due to excessive current and
heating.

In Star, two healthy windings and in Delta only one winding (not connected in broken phase) will burn.

because rotating is disturbed.we are using proper rating of protection system the motor is also safe.
