No, sometimes material delivered on the site may be different or we can say its natural material so base on that we have to compact it.

NO FULL COMPACTION I.E 90%REQUIRED THOUGH WE CAN SUGGEST TO DESIGNER TO REDUCE THE THICKNESS OF SUB GRADE THOUGH GENERALLY SOIL NOT EXHIBIT SUCH A HIGH CBR LIKE 30% BECAUSE SUCH KIND OF HIGHER CBR BELONG TO GSB MATERIAL
