in LRS, the moving contact move towards the fixed contacts,
in water as per rpm feedback. Keeping normal water as
electrolyte will have high resistance value. So to increase
the conductivity of the electrolyte, salt sodium carbonate
is added in water.

IN lrs, the moving contacts move towards the fixed contacts
but it is not as per RPM feedback, remaining thing is correct
