current shock in nutral terminal is max. or large??

If you do not connect neutral to neutral terminal,you have
to receive shock,as the phase is extended to neutral
terminal of the bulb,but it can not be max

don't mine mr dj but there is a resistance is connected in series with tester and our body acts as neutral and the level of current is too small thats not affect to our body as realize
and as my knowledge there shall be shock at the neutral terminal
and u can show some other answer
