IS code 456-2000 states that Forms shall not be released until
the concrete has achieved a strength of at least twice the
stress to which the concrete may be subjected at the time of
removal of formwork (para 11.3).Minimum Period Before Striking
Vertical formwork to columns, walls, beams is 16-24 hours.
CC/RCC for DPC on plinth is never subject to any stress and
meant for retaining the material till Cement sets.As such it
should not be measured separately and treated as incidental to
the Work of DPC.

Answer / anupom
Above answer is right, also
THe thickness of DPC is very less(apprx. 25mm) and is
generally applied as a coating layer for plinth level. Thus
the vertical shuttering may not be measured but this solely
depends on the contract specification.
