YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE OVER VOLTAGE SETTING OF THE VFD,THAT SHOULD BE ABOUT 420 TO 430 FOR THREE PHASE MOTORS AND 240-250 FOR SINGLE PHASE.

it's reason related to load on motor.it takes more current
dabove the range.
ie bearing problem.
