FIELD, SO TO AVOID ANY DANGEROUS EFFECT TOWARDS THE PANNEL
SIDE BARRIERS R USED THESE R SO THAT IF MORE CURRENT IS
COMMING FROM YHE FIELD THEN THE BARRIER BECOMES OPENE TO B
SAFE FOR PANEL SIDE.
