The HT/EHT/MV voltages are mentioned as the multipliers of form factor ie. (3.14/2 root 2) = 1.1

I had given answer to this long back.In the question
voltages are not correctly mentioned as V and KV.The first
electrical appliance was 100 V DC bulb.When AC system was
introduced ,the same bulb was used for 110 V AC applying the
form factor to make it equivalent.Then 11/33/ etc KV
systems came into being just have simple voltage ratio for
transformers.However we have 400 KV instead of 440 KV.
