in order to get shock voltage should be more than 70v either
DC r AC if the voltage more than 70v then we will get shock
even the current is in mA

current depends on the potential difference and the
resistance posed by US when touched.
try touching both terminal ends of a battery of higher
voltage rating say 75volts and above.
