above is correct but the ct is current transformer for
measuring current and pt is measuring voltage in
sub-stations.these are using in HT sub stations only 1100v
and above.

For example u have 100MVA transformer 66KV line
your CT ration 100,000,000/1.7320x66,000=874.77
so you can used CT ration 1000/1A

Current Transformers (CT’s) and Potential Transformers
(PT’s) are suitable located for supply to metering and
indicating instruments and relay circuits. CT’s are
connected at the terminals of each circuit breaker and PT’s
are connected right on the point where the line is terminated.
