hi guys this quetion posted my me see we are reducing ac
volthage frequency from 230 to zero it means reducing
magnitude of ac voltage from 230 to zero Time is inversly
proportional to frequency if frequency reducing the time
period increses the wave form fallows with zero magnitude
path with zero frquency so we may not get shock
shock totally depends on magnitude of voltage so here
magnitude is zero and frequency also zero so if a men
taches the suplly men will not get shock and this will not
becomes a DC. its AC only but zero magnitude voltage with
zero frequency.
graph the sine wave graph ac 230 voltage peak is 230 after
reducing frequency the peak of sinewavw ia zero gradually
its comes to from 230 to zero
