why transformer comes only in standard rating like
11kv,33kv,66kv....and not like 33.33kv and so on?

The lines are rated in this way because our form factor is
constant which is 1.1 so for easy calculation it is rated in
the multiplication of form factor. reason behind it is if we
know the form factor than we can calculate the average value
and rms value.

Generally Power transformers are placed in Transmission and distribution lines, so these line are stranded ratings like 11kv,33kv,132kv,220kv,400kv. So transformer voltage rating are like that.

This is the standard rating of supply companies in India.
So in India you will find 11kv, 33kv and 66kv and above,
But if you go abroad like Saudi its 13.5kv etc.
It all depends on which country you are in. Our country
frequency is 50 cycles per second. But in US or Japan its
60 cycles per second.
