can we increase our frequency rate in INDIA?..

Answer / soumya

f=(n*p)/120;
f=frequency=50;
n=rpm=3000;
p=no of poles of generators=2;
changing p is quite impossible,
changing rpm is costly;
loads are to be changed;
so it is not likely to change f in any country
