SUPPOSE THE RUNNING LOAD IS 116 KW THE THE MAXIMUM DEMAND
WILL BE 145 KVA.
KVA=KW/PF. CONSIDERING THE POWER FACTOR AS 0.8. THAN THE KVA
= 116/0.8= 145 KVA

The maximum demand using motor hp or current is found by
calculating the full load current of each motor considering
power factor to be 0.8.Suppose ten motors are connected in
a circuit, the maximum demand can be found by adding the
individual full load current of each motor
