PLC is Programmable logic control and basically used for
controlling of different systems .
SCADA is Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system
this system collects data, keeps records, make real time
readings available and provides smooth control.
PLC is assosiated with only one ore two systems but SCADA
contrls a lot of independent PLC's on will of operator.

In dc motor starter there is less voltage required for holding contactor that's may why it is called no volt coil. but in ac starter why holding contactor is called no volt coil.
