nominal cover to reinforcement ?

COVER IS THE DISTENCE BETWEEN CENTER OF THE REINFORCEMENT
TO BOTTOM OF SLAB OR BEAM. CLEAR COVER MEANS THE DISTENC
BETWEEN BOTTOM OF THE REINFORCEMENT TO BOTTOM OF SLAB OR
BEAM. AS PER SPECIFICATION THE MINIMUM COVER IS CALLED
NOMINAL COVER IT IS DEPENDS ON STRUCTURAL DESIGN.

effective cover:it is the distance between bottom of the
