What are all the possibilities discharge will be low in the pumps?..

Answer / n.bargavi

As the resistance to flow in the internal impeller inlet,
discharge ceases. that s due to high pressure. when the
pressure head is same at two points discharge will be maximum
which means no work is required but as the head increases,
the discharge reduces which means at maximum head, discharge
is zero given by main characteristic curve.
