It is a DELAY FF Or a DATA FF.In this input is transfered
to the output after applying the negative edge of the clock
pulse.It delays it by one clock pulse.

It is storage device. It is used to store either 0 or 1 depending on the clock. It is having 2 input in addition to the clk and input date. that is CLR and PRESET.
