ITS because of improper earthing.proper earthig to be
done.minimum voltage is 6v

It due to unbalace loads in the three phases.The limitof
voltage between earth and neutral is 2 volts for computers
to work properly.

To minimize the volt b/n neutral and earth we have to
balance the neutral current.
Neutral current should be minimun.
