if sulfur containing amino acids (e.g Methionine,Cysteine etc.) are absent then there will b no disulphide bond formation and thus there will be no proper folding in polypeptide chain hence protein synthesized will be inactive or non funtional.

if sulfur conataing amino acid is abscent( methionin) there
is no polypeptide chain synthesize. and no s-s bond occur in
protein chain so chain become denatured & non-functional.

the protein synthesis begins with the amino acid methionine
and methionine is the s containing amino acid therefore the
in absence of s containing aa protein synthesis cant start
if the protein in absence of met cyst then the protein will
be will not form s-s bond there fore it will weak and in
unproper confermation
