what happen when there is absence of sulfur cantaining
amino acid in protein synthesis?

if sulfur containing amino acids (e.g Methionine,Cysteine etc.) are absent then there will b no disulphide bond formation and thus there will be no proper folding in polypeptide chain hence protein synthesized will be inactive or non funtional.
