Astute strategic planning plays a vital role in the present
business world. Because, 1. Without a precise strategy no
one can run a business for a long term at present as there
are unnlimited new entrants, new technologies, new
strategies, evolved everywhere at national level and global
level. 2.For the survival of a business, to devise any
business plans, targets, etc, the strategic planning does
basic ground works. 3. It is the foundations or the pillars
of any business house at present.
