snapshot developer get to know the exact error details.

Snapshot will give an image of your application, which can
be attached to your requirements, tests, and test instances.
Snapshot is nothing but the print screen to your application
with zoom out and zoom in capabilities.

Can we upload test cases from an excel sheet into test director?
How do you prepare Bug Reports in QC? What all do you include in Bug Report ?
What if you delete a test from Test Lab will it updated in Requirements/Test Plan tabs also.
