Its not possible to upgrade,the only thing which can be
done is Migration,

It is not possible to upgrade Exchange 2003 to 2007 however
either you can migrate or can do transition from Exchange
2003 to 2007. For more info... please check CBT Nuggets.

Here we should not use the word UPGRADING ..
Need to migrate it to the higher version ..
