BPO call center is one of the fastest growing industries in
the world,working environment is too good and super salary
as well as cab facilities its good and i would like to work
with people that is communicating with different people and
different languages.

Actually i have been working in software company for 2
years but i have noticed that bpo's are having more
oppurtunities as compared to software company.My lots of
friend who had done btech with me they are in bpo and they
are on highed position and getting good salary package with
lots of facility.
So i would advice u to join Multinational bpo...there you
can join as technical support executive so that u should
solve the technical related queries

See as I am in Technical support field for last few years
in several industries,so for me the carear is in the same
field(Technical support). the thing which is imp. is brand
name,nice environment for work and good salary
package.whether I got it in Software industry or in a BPO
that doesn't matter. so as of now BPO is the best choice as
bpo is a booming industry.

Actually sir,I wanna join the hcl technology and i wanna
also do work on software field but my academic record is not
good.
so i was not eligible in hcl for interview in campus
recruitment process.
I think this post(technical support) is the way for me
achieve my destination.
