See as I am in Technical support field for last few years
in several industries,so for me the carear is in the same
field(Technical support). the thing which is imp. is brand
name,nice environment for work and good salary
package.whether I got it in Software industry or in a BPO
that doesn't matter. so as of now BPO is the best choice as
bpo is a booming industry.
