NECESSITY OF SCANNING:-
scanning is necessary becausa if we want to transmit the
whole picture frame in a oncetime it require large
bandwidth . so, we divide the whole frame into pixel . so,
as the scanning is start the picture is pixel by pixel
transmit and it require less bandwidth and it is done at a
faster to remove the flicker and to show continuity in
picture...

Scanning is done at fast rate and the rate depends on the
perceptiveness of the Vision of eyes. So that the image
appers to be a moving one

Answer / sayem
Scanning is the important process carried out in a television system inorder to obtain
continuous frames and provides motion of picture. The scene is scanned both in the
horizontal and vertical directions simultaneously in a rabid rate. As a result sufficient number
of complete picture of frames per second is obtained to give the illusion of continuous
motion.

Answer / rakshit
it's necessary to present the picture to the eye in such a
way that an illusion of continuity is created and any
motion in the sence appears on the picture tube screen as a
smooth and continuous change
