In Cognos, you can reset page numbers for a specific report by following these steps:
1. Open the Framework Manager and load the report.
2. Go to the 'Report' menu and select 'Properties'.
3. In the 'Page Setup' tab, set the 'Start Page Number' to the desired value.
4. Save and refresh the report.
