am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the
October. i am testing engineer.
I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is
a consulting company,having 27 employees.
They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers
employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client
papers. is it problem for me in embassy

Even if you are going to work for internal project, then
you would need complete project details to be shown to the
VO, if asked for....

oppointment letter..
if employer will specifies u are placed at clint
place...soo wat is gng to b happened...how cum we tell to
consulate that i wil work for inhouse projects...

Its better to have a client letter.If your consultant is
not able to provide the client letter and if the VO asks
about u r project tell him that your are going to work for
in-house project.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ? I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India. For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not explained the reason for backlogs properly. For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs. Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc. For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan, Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with documents. Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on Dec 02nd 2010. What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past refusals?
