Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this. Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
