FBT is a Fringe Benefit Tax,This tax amount not deducted by
any person a/c. But it is payable amount to IT.
TDS is Tax Deducted at source, This we deducted from the
Party's credited amount. and that deducted amount remitted
to IT

Fringe Benefit tax is a tax payable by the Company to the
Government, on those benefits availed by the Company such as
Travelling expenses, conveyance, depreciation at fixed
percentage prescribed the Government.
TDS is Tax deduction at source, which has to be deducted if
the amount paid to the Company or a person crosses
particular amount prescribed by the Government.
The Company should pay the amount deducted to the Government
and issue the TDS Certificate to the person from whom the
same is deducted.

fringe benefit tax is paid to IT on the fringe benefits
availed by the firm..... i.e., travelling exp, petrol &
diesel exp. etc.., whereas
tds means tax deducted at source
ex:- rent, professional charges etc

Whereas,
TDS is Tax Deducted at source on salaries, rent, AMC
payments etc., and TDS returns should be submitted to IT
department on monthly basis before prescribed dates

FBT: Fringe Benefit Tax is the tax that is collected on
employer expenditure,ie,for every expense an employer done
for employee like conveyance,free food breverages etc.They
are not deducted @ source.
TDS: Tax Deducted @ source which is common for payment and
recepits. Either thing the the neccessary tax amount is
deducted from total amount and the seme will be remitted to
IT.
