Hi,
I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was
NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a
NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply
for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

i have attended h1b on 23rd of this month at chennai consulate.VO gave me 221(g) blue form and asked me to drop all the docs which she was ticked.my problem is i didn't kept the copies of ds-156,157,.....i tried to download from vfs site.but while providing the information i got invalid mother's name even i entered it correctly.what i have to do?how can i get these documents.please help me.

Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.
