am a software enginner from coimbatore, i have complted MCA
My current company experience 1.8 years
I have completed BSC(2001-2004)
my college time is 6-1(BSC)
Remaing(2-10) i had worked as technical support enginner
from csc computer center( 3 years ) ,pudukkottai
I had fill application for
currenct company experience ==>1.8 years
previes company experience ==>3 years
how to explain about my experience?
and
this is part time or full time
(I haveoffer leter and experience leter,photos also)

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. It would be great if someone suggest me about the background verification for the H1 Visa. Thanks :-)

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? Hi, I am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US during the first week of september. I am a software programmer working on asp.net. I would like to know if the consulate people will ask some technical questions. What all other things should i remember.

am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the October. i am testing engineer. I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is a consulting company,having 27 employees. They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client papers. is it problem for me in embassy
Have you been to any other country before?
My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh
