I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the
application I mentioned London as the preferred location
for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to
India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of
stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend
the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to
do do shift the interview to some other location.
Please help me with this.

Hi you can attend to the interview in india. But you have to
show the residence proof and mention proper cause.
And if you want to you can also change the consulate,
but for this you have to talk to your consultant. But this
process is going to take 6 months because you need to write
a letter to your consultant attorney. and in turn the lawer
place a petition

Hi, I am going to attend H1B interview in the mid of june 2014.I am not apply for H4 dependednt visa. But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.
I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. I dont have any other document except file no. can i go for stamping jst on file no. without knowing my consultant? I want to go US what should i do?
