i have attended h1b on 23rd of this month at chennai consulate.VO gave me 221(g) blue form and asked me to drop all the docs which she was ticked.my problem is i didn't kept the copies of ds-156,157,.....i tried to download from vfs site.but while providing the information i got invalid mother's name even i entered it correctly.what i have to do?how can i get these documents.please help me.

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
My H1b petition got approved in July 2008.So far I havn't gone for the Consulate Interview.My employer is asking me to attend in March.Is it right time to go to Consulate Interview in March sometime, looking at the recession? Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1.
