front & back
in front there are 2 process inbound & outbound
inbound executives get the call of the customers and they
try to resolve the customers query
outbound makes call to the customers abt various offers and
schemes

their quiries and the current issues on the products which
we sell....we wil be having a complete knowledge over the
product which we sell or giving the service....

Last Saturday on 18.05.2007 I went for an interview in IBM- Daksh. They asked me why u are not trying for a job in any other firm like DELL, HP, Microsoft etc. What kind of answer one have to put for this kind of questions.
