As we know exchange important components are the log files
and data base. log files become more important when a
exchange servers to be recovered from a failure, hence it is
recommended to keep your log files for redundancy. the fault
tolerance that is recommended on a portion where the log
files kept is RAID 1.
where as the portion that is used to the database also
requires fault tolerance but recommended is RAID 5."ze it
requires faster read and write access of database.
since the 2 diff fault tolerance it is always recommended 2
kept u log files and database on 2 diff partition.
2 move a database or log files = go 2 .> storage groups >
