hi, here u didnot mention whether u want to go on dependent
visa or independent visa to pursue ur higher studies. If u
go on a dependent visa, i think it doesn't become a problem
for u and u will definetly a get visa, there after going
there u can pursue ur higher studies. But if u again wants
to go on independent visa then u should be little bit
careful in answering them, if they u ask why u were
rejected last then only give them the reason for ur
rejection last time, otherwise need not mention the topic
of ur last time rejection.Sometimes they won't check
whether u were rejected last time or not, if they won't
check it is ur luck. All the best.If anything i suggested
wrong please forgive me.As per my knowledge i think i
suggested u right, if anything wrong excuse me.

Hi whether ur going on dependent or independent visa ur
past rejections will play an important role.
Because when u go for interview the visa officer has your
whole history in front of him once he types ur passport
number in the computer.
so the reasons for rejections in the past will also be
mentioned in the computer, based on which he ask u
questions and depending on the answer u give he will decide
whether to issue u a visa or not!!!!
HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!! ALL THE BEST!!!
