visa rejected once...on 9th july. the vo did nt ask me even
one i didnt made any changes in documentation and now am
going to attend visa interview on 11th july ... if they
asked ... like ..what improvements do you have in your
documentation?

Is ABSENT a Backlog... I was absent for an exam due to illness but gave it later.My marksheet showed 'ABS' instead of 'F'.Is it regarded as a backlog.
HI FRIENDS SALAAM, I AM SHAED ,LAST WEEK THAT IS ON 27TH OF APRIL 2011, I WENT FOR THE US F1 STUDENT VISA INTERVIEW AND BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH SUBHANATALLAH MY INTERVIEW WAS SUCCESSFUL AND THE VO TOOK MY PASSPORT,I-20,SEVIS RECEIPT,HDFC RECEIPT, DS CONFORMATION FORM & APPOINTMENT LETTER.AND HE TOLD ME THAT YOUR VISA PROCESSING WILL BE SENT TO WASHINGTON D.C. FOR ADMINISTRATION PROCESS. SO MY QUESTION TO ALL OF U FRIENDS IS THAT DID I GOT THE VISA OR NOT ??

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3 backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march as i got admit from national university California in my memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in 2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6 months meanwhile

Hi, friends this is Rohit I have completed my b.tech in 2007 and I worked for 6 months in Brigade as Technical Support and now I want to gor for USA to persue my MS in comp science and I have written IELTS exam and I have 57% in b.tech with 10 backlogs, Are there any chance of getting VISA???

I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?
