but i got 88% in ssc,89% in inter,1020 in GRE and 89 in toefl?

Hello, I did MBA in Finance already from UK, but I even want to study MS in computer science. During my visa interview If I asked "Why do you want to go to US for a second master’s degree?", how do I answer it appropriately. Can I get few suggestions please?
I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..
Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?
My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July 08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14 August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.

actually i have applied for MBA in Dowling college new york (USA) which GMAT is not require but i have given TOEFL got 92 out of 120 and my visa interview was on 29 july and that was refused due to GMAT and in interview she asked me about GMAT and she told me you are disqualify so please tell me the answer of this question so i can easily give the answer in my next interview.
