all that if i ill get visa, am i capable to start in
january session 09, actually my consulate said me if u ill
get ur visa, u r capable to start your studies in may 09
session, is that?

Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? hi friends iam going to attend visa interview for F1 one 17th may and actually i had 9 baclogs which were cleard by next attempt, if they ask me how many baclogs did u have? then can i say that i dont have any backlogs if i say like that is there any problem most probobly they wont check our documents rt...let me knw whether i can do this are not..

hi im nagarjuna, if any one plse assist me, i had complited my mba from indian university, i had a toefl score of 103 and no gmat, and now i applied for mba in usa and i got admission from dowling college newyork, so what answer should i say while the v.o ask's about why double mba, and plse tell the visa sucess rate for dowling college.
My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help
