diversified profiles like a guy should have exp in manual
as well as Automation.At present market is down.

Its absolutely a wrong notion
There is great demand for Testers across many projects.
Freshers should try and develop the expertise on a specific
area of testing by understanding the concepts like
(Orthogonal array testing/Agile testing/SOA
testing/Automation testing (Keyword driven/Hybrid type)
People with limited exposure to testing but having good
expertise in a small area are highly valued.

I have gone through your important note but truly speaking
it is useless. Dont try to demotivate ppl with this sort of
comments. I hv never seen a guy, bcomin a manager in just 4
years. And you are talking about fake candidate entering
into software testing field.
Dont worry ppl....there are hell lot of oppurtunities in
Software Testing domain. Keep tryin...dont listen to this

patrick, i think u r big stupid, ediate, what u think we r the responsible to giv client quality software, without tester there is no it industry, software should fail, dont foolish others, testing is key factor in it industry like central buero of investigation, we r investigate defects, rectify errors, testers are like cbi in it field. without testing s/w
