it is the purpose of testing not what is testing so
the purpose of testing is that during the mid 1980's slowly
the s/w company started to emerge and slowly in the market
their was the demand for software and the application was
developed as per the requirements of clients,But after
releasing the software/application their were many defects
the company started to look into the matter and started to
analyze why thei is a defects and they came(company) to the
solution that their must be a testing department inorder to
provide the high robust quality software for the client.

In first version of the build i found a bug . I report it to my developers with all the procedures and that was accepted by the developers and the bug was in open state. In the next version of the build the bug was not able to reporduce it .Then wat will be the status of that bug
