It depends on the situation on what we are. I think it all
depends on the time and number of things that we need to
do. some we may have more things to do in short period of
time then we need to organise the things and manage the
time well to achieve our goals.

That means any person working by mananging time well,
and organising things i.e. picking out task which is more
important and compulsory makes you to look like smart
worker,and at the same time doing work by keeping of full
effort on that to complete makes you hard worker.

Hence Iam a smart hard worker ,because i work hard
specifically ,which can be measured easily and i can
percieve whether the task is attainable .Finally i want to
get good results with in the dead line.

If u said either a smart worker or hard worker then you are
doing not good...Hence both is the good answer i think......

According to me the harworker and the smart worker are the
two eyes of the company ,so we will skipped out if we r
only one eye and so we should use our two eyes at proper
