Answer / pranab panda

Hi
If we are using Test director and the client is accessing it
then he can easily know the bugs(High or Low priority) from
the Test director only.
He will directly ask the developer since tester has nothing
to do with bug fixing.
If the bugs are maintained in Excel sheets(Offline) and
If the client asks for the build better discuss with the
developer and inform their view to the client.

The best way in this situation is to mention the bugs which
are assosicated with the build in document called "Known

Answer / rachana

First, I will try to convinience the client to give the
time to fix all the bugs. If he is not convienced with my
idea, mean time I will fix the low priority bugs. By the
end of the discussion, I will show him the fixed bugs. By
showing these, I will try convience him to fix the high
priority bugs. If not, I will tell the client that the
application will not be the bug free.
